Article 50 of the 1992 Maastricht Treaty is now ready to activate

It would be a breach of basic principles of freedom, democracy, equality and rule of law, if David Cameron would leave the triggering of the Article 50 Lisbon Treaty to his successor in September. Article 50 has got to be triggered now, as people have voted Leave in the Brexit referendum. David Cameron gave his word that he would respect the wishes and the will of the people to be divorced from EU. There will be enormity of consequences if the Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty is not done today. David Cameron is stalling, and he does not want to be the one to trigger the Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty because he voted 'Remain'. We have had confirmation that there will not be a 2nd EU Referendum. The conservative government cannot afford to delay to trigger the Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty as their reputation would be in tatters. Once the Article 50 has been activated, it is going to take a long time to get a final divorce anyway. The activation will confirm that the divorce can begin, and is the affirmation of the 'Leave' campaign. It is not sensible to have talks before the activation of the Article 50, as Merkel is trying to divert the triggering by saying there is to be no cherry picking. Brussels has got no right to try and do a deal or deals before the activation of Article 50. The EU officials have got no right to refuse us a trade market without tariffs. It is happening all over the world, and it is world trade. We started off as merchants travelling all over the world to do trade and bartering, hundred of years ago. EU is violating international law by creating their own policy on who should trade, and who should have tariffs. This is blatant discrimination and racism. This trading between Europe and the United Kingdom existed for hundreds of years before the European Union was created. We cannot have a stalemate and the confirmation and announcement of a divorce must start now, and then talk later. It is entirely up to the departing member state to trigger article 50, by issuing formal notification of intention to leave, no one, in Brussels, Berlin or Paris, can force it to.

There may be no mechanism that can force a state to withdraw from the European Union except that democracy and the referendum requests it.

Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty is there to allow withdrawal, but no other party has the right to invoke Article 50, no other state or institution can.
While delay is highly undesirable politically, legally there is nothing that can compel a state to withdraw
except that democracy can force its hand to activate
.

Democracy has got legal and political rights to invoke the Article 50 to allow withdrawal from the European Union as part of the divorce for the United Kingdom. Therefore. democracy has to confirm that notification can be done in writing.
It has to be done in an unequivocal manner, with the explicit intent to trigger article 50. Negotiations to leave
,
and on the future relationship can only begin after such a formal notification.

It is indeed the intention of the British government to leave the EU, it is therefore in its interest to notify as soon as possible.
We have to confirm the rejection, so we can move on, due to the fact the people of United Kingdom is very unhappy about staying in the European Union. The situation could get really nasty if there is no triggering of the Article 50 and the present government will suffer the consequences.

Former British Prime Minister David Cameron cannot be expected to start negotiation before United Kingdom's exit from the EU and was expected to invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty in the European Union. This is not going to happen, as David Cameron does not want it to. He has left no one at the helm of the ship sailing into uncharted waters.

The former Prime Minister and Politicians are servants to the people of this nation, therefore superpower democracy is now in charge. Superpower democracy has now taken over the the helm of the ship and is ready without delay to invoke Article 50 of the 1992 Maastricht Treaty of the Lisbon Treaty.

Acting in the interests of the people, we cannot all face uncertainty and instability and the people must move on acting in the European Union and United Kingdom interests.

On Tuesday 28th June 2016 on behalf of the people in the United Kingdom, we invoke the Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, respecting the wishes and the will of the people. We have decided to withdraw from the Union in accordance with its own constitutional requirements. We do not wish to negotiate, and wished to be divorced from the European Union.

We wish to state that we want to have friendly future relationship with the European Union without ties and commitment meaning United Kingdom does not want to have EU laws, regulations and policies. That we want independence, and still be free to trade in a different way, that has got nothing to do with EU officials and their policies. United Kingdom does not wish to take part in the functioning of the European Union while as an independent country, and does not wish to take part in talks, discussions and the making of decisions of the European Union. And United Kingdom states that after withdrawal, has got no intention to rejoin, and will not in future request to the procedure referred to in Article 49.

The withdrawal to leave the European Union in the 59 year old history of the bloc is confirmed without consent to respect the wishes and the will of the people of United Kingdom after the successful referendum. It is the United Kingdom's intention not to cut ties with continental counterparts while there are business contracts that are legally binding. We are obliged to protect foreign business interests.

Foreign Ministers of the European Union's six founding members called on the United Kingdom to swiftly move ahead with a divorce from the European Union. These EU officials have got no power over United Kingdom once the divorce is final and binding.

Once the exit declaration has been made by the European Union, talks will begin with mutual consent between United Kingdom and the European Union. To define the United Kingdom's new relationship with the European Union to confirm cooperation, stability, security and all spheres of the European Union and the United Kingdom.

I, now as superpower democracy, have activated the button, and invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty for a divorce from the European Union.

Kind regards

Linda Mary Breeze
