International Peace and Security

Serious threats and actions to international peace and security by terrorism in all its forms and manifestations does need to be tackled. So does the narratives and ideologies of terrorism and extremism. These certainly does not have anything to do with religion.

The roots causes are the Imams who are extremists using misinterpretation and misrepresentation of religion to justify violence in order to create an Islamist State. It is these Imams who exploit young people as well as others who are likely to fall by the wayside in the way they perceive Islam.

These young people as well as foreigners who volunteered are lured by riches promised by the leader of the so called Islamist State [Baghdadi]. They are lured into a badly needed employment as jihadis who desperately wants to have a job and earn money. They are lured into having free lands and housing etc.

These jihadists meaning struggle, are only servants of the leader [they know that, and are aware they are servants] of the so called Islamist State and they go into violence thinking they are glorifying Allah. These jihadists are being used and exploited by the so called Islamist State not only by information and communications technologies but by rogue extremist Imams as well.

Terrorism can be defeated by a sustained and comprehensive approach if we actively root out bad gun manufacturers who are participating and collaborating internationally.

The gun manufacturers does not have tolerance, and is war profiteering. In fact they help to promote wars even if they have licence. All the terrorists and some gun manufacturers are exploiting religious beliefs in order to incite hatred and violence and to cause division and polarisation in our societies.

Terrorism can be defeated by a sustained and comprehensive approach if we actively root out Sharia Law and Sharia Law Courts, even underground.

These destroy our pursuits of peace, justice and human dignity. They devastate human lives and common values as well as principles, eroding them at the same time.

We have the need for global solidarity and security not only to counter terrorist narratives and ideologies, but to tackle deep seated problems as well.

We need to eradicate the root causes that started the wars from the beginning. We can use a different kind of propaganda that will be influential to the common good to amplify messages of common humanity. We can counter refutable false and nefarious narratives with alternative visions and giving opportunities to anyone who are likely to fall into bad companies or groups.

Building peace, development and human rights to counter violent extremism is a top agenda, offering education for all and education is compulsory. It would be violation of international law not to educate each child or adult.

Social media could help more when it becomes abused with misuse of information.

The international community could send messages across to say that terrorism and violence has no place globally, that they are not accepted in the international community as well as refusing to trade with them.

Only isolation belongs to terrorists and extremists, and there can be no absence of rule of law and human rights etc. They have no rights to own and use guns in a parallel world.

Some gun manufacturers have no right to exploit religious beliefs, to incite hatred and violence as well as profiteering from the war. And to cause division and polarisation in our societies.

Sharia Law and its courts are extremists, and poisoning the minds of our peoples as well as violating human rights and international law. Sharia Law and its courts are against Justice. These are evil foundations for Jihadism, Terrorism and Extremism.
